You can look right out the window and stare endlessly at the amazing park views. Space is about 800 square feet and located on the 2nd of 3 floors. There's a wood burning fireplace (available between October 31 and March 31). There is a crock pot for making your own great meal and dont worry, there is a coffee maker, slow cooker!

NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

Open, unassigned parking at the complex. The condo community features an indoor pool + two hot tubs, outdoor pool (seasonally available), charcoal + gas grills, picnic tables, kid's playground, a small video game arcade, community laundry room with coin-operated washers+dryers.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
