Effortless style at every turn with direct views of the Smokies from the top floor and thoughtfully laid out with several nooks for you to enjoy. You'll have to make tough choices like choosing either coffee or wine while sitting on the deck, couch or lazing in bed. Relax and enjoy a meal at the dinette set for two. You'll have your own private wifi access.

This is a studio loft condo designed for 2 to 4 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies and within the space. It is located on the 3rd floor of 3. You have your own exclusive private wifi with cable TV. There is a dinette set for two and definitely a coffee maker!

NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

This space features a queen bed built-in on the wall on the main level with privacy drapes (counts as a common space) and there's a queen in the loft (counts as 1 bedroom). The condo is about 500 square feet. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
