This is a studio loft condo designed for 2 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies like it looked in 1974. However, it's totally today with your own private wifi and cable TV. There is a dinette set for two and definitely a coffee maker!

This space features a queen bed built-in next to the window. The condo is about 350 square feet located on the 1st of 3 floors. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

This unit is on the 1st of 3 floors. NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
