The studio is one-level with about 5-7 steps up the deck to the front or back door. The hot tub is big enough for 4 adults. There is Dish Network cable TV for entertainment. There is satellite internet service! Fireplaces are seasonally available Oct 1 to Mar 31. The views are wooded and serene. This cabin is on a private road and shares a lot with the sister cabin, Bear Bottoms. They are about 50 feet apart from each other with privacy barriers on the deck. Guests will need a car to get around. NOTE: we STRONGLY recommend 4WD/AWD year round and definitely for winter. The final road leading to the cabin can get muddy and 2WD will be very difficult during snowy, icy or very wet conditions. Please plan accordingly and consider travel insurance. The views are wooded and serene.

About the OwnerSplitting time between Austin, Texas and Tennessee, we both went to a UT. CP is the Texan and Rachel is the Tennessean. Together we love warm weather and warm people. We're also passionate about experiencing life through food and travel -- set to a soundtrack of 90's jamz with some bluegrass sprinkled in. CP's passion for moist Texas brisket and fried chicken runs deep, and Rachel dreams about solomillo foie in San Sebastian daily. And, true story, CP proposed to Rachel while at an awesome cabin in Virginia that someone hosted. Then we got married in East Tennessee. We're good people who like to think the best in others and hope to meet all y'all good people out there.
